  Store # 029052 Order # 259 and 274 I ordered the new Steak Garlic Fries and a #8 combo. I took my food to the table and ate a taco. Started to try the new fries and they were cold. At the same time my GF ordered some nacho fries. I took my cold garlic steak fries to the counter and reported the issue. The attendant took my complaint and went behind the prep line with the cold fries. My GF received her Nacho fries and they also were cold as well. I had to call for a manager because now while waiting for new hot fries my tacos got cold. The lack of concern and attention to detail from the staff is disturbing. The staff had no sense of drive or willingness to excell in customer service. Apparently from reading other reviews it is a recurring issue with cold fries. This store is in a tourist area and not only does it put Taco Bell as a company in bad light it reflects on TN tourism as well.

  I was denied access to eat in the dining room. The lady at the cash register took one look and said " I can't allow your dog in here." I replied with "Really?". She sarcastically said "Really". My dog is a service dog. Just because I carry her in a pouch and she is small doesn't mean she doesn't have a job. I could have easily made a scene and won, but I just took my business elsewhere. The employees need to be trained better about how to handle service animals.

  Took 20 mins for 1 item. I placed a mobile order.And apparently they never looked at the screen to see if it was there. I had to yell multiple times for somebody to come up to the front. One of the guys was spinning around in circles. It's one of the ladies walked by and said, ugh, instead of helping me

  Bad service got mad for a pretty big order and the kitchen crew was yelling and screaming bad words they should get fired or find a new job if they are not willing to serve the customers

  I know its hard to find help now with everyone not wanting to work but I don't understand why it takes 20 or more minutes in lobby for an easy order that should have been done in 5. Crew members just taking their time or wanting to go outside
