We have not been to outback in over 5 years. We ended up with a gift card..so of course we used it 😅 The atmosphere was so welcoming and relaxing. Greg R. Knew the assignment!! He took great care of us. Knew what we needed before we knew what we needed 😌 The food!!! My goodness the food.. Appetizers: blooming onion and boomerang cheese sticks. Boomerangs 10 out of 10 highly recommend 🤤 Blooming onion was fried better than TRH but I personally enjoy the sauce better at TRH..all In all still delicious 😋 The steak was so juicy cooked at medium well!! One of the best steaks I have had in a good while..and I love steak! Coconut shrimp was out of this world!! When we go back, because of course we will be going back 😅(much sooner than 5 years this time) we will be trading out the onion for the Coconut shrimp 🍤 😊 Anyways, this particular outback was outstanding and deserves the recognition 👏 😍🤤

We decided to eat here while on vacation and let me say this was absolutely the worse experience all the way around. We first watied 30 mins for a table which we didn't mind then we get seated the server takes our order for our drinks and we order a few cocktails to get us started while we wait for our blooming onion. The drinks come 15 mins later with the very very cold blooming onion. We then place our food order at 7:31 pm we did NOT get our food till 8:44pm and let me say the food was so cold the steak was so over cooked that my mom got so upset she went to the car. I took 3 bites and was done. We spent 127.00$ on food we left at the table. The server was absolutely no help when I mentioned all the problems with the cold food and the missing mac n cheese and the missing onions for the steak. This was absolutely the worse place to eat here I would not recommend you waste your time or money.

First off, let me say that I spent $110 for a family of 4 and at that price we could've gone to chop house and gotten a better meal. Me, my wife, and my daughter all got the same thing which was the special tjat came with a salad/meal/cheesecake which was supposed to be like $20 a person. We got the triple sampler platter appetizer and it came with 3 mozzarella stick, maybe 6 fries (barely a handful) with cheese that was "melted" (more like microwaved) on it amd a mall portion of bloomin onion pieces that looked to be the leftover pieces from the bottom of the fryer that fell off. The sirloin that me, my wife, amd daughter was caked with salt as though they went to pour the salt and the lid fell off and the salt poured out. The waitress we had made us felt rushed and I asked for the military discount and he said he put it on there then I paid and he said I didn't give him enough time to do the discount then he forgot to charge us for a drink. It was just a bunch of back and forth, bring rushed, and couldn't get his story straight. I haven't been to outback in a very long time, years even, and I definitely won't be back again anytime soon. You're better off going to Applebee's, Texas roadhouse, or the chop house. Especially at that price.

Must have been shift change. Nobody wanted to talk to customers. Second bar tender came in, never spoke to anyone at the bar unless you got her attention if you needed something. First bar tender hardly spoke and kept dissappearing. In a business where you rely on tips, you should acknowledge that the customers exist when your wanting a good tip

I have waited a very long time to go to an Outback as it used to be my favorite restaurant in the whole world. Yesterday my husband and I finally went to the local Outback and we were both super unimpressed with not only the food but the service. The place was not busy at all however our waiter continued to brag about how good he was and how valuable he was to the food industry. We had to ask for another cup of coffee at $5 a cup. The overall steak was seared a bit too much and my lobster tail at $15 was overcooked as well. On a positive note, the bread is always good and the French Onion soup was fantastic. We were there way longer then we wanted to be. Service was SLOW.
