  Go here for the food, not for the drinks. They took 10 mins to check my ID thinking it was fake! I gave them my old ID and even had to go measures to writing my signature down to “prove” it was the same on the ID. Felt so disgusted I didn’t even want to get a drink. Went to dicks last resort the next day and they took 30 seconds to check my ID. Payed $130 too at this place. And I’ve had better crab boils, Should have just left.

  Dillon has been there 3 days and he makes it look as he was there 30 years because he is a awesome person who actually takes the time to come to check on you and makes your kids as happy as possible he is a top notch person and waitress and bartender I highly recommend if you go here ask for Dillon to be your waitress definitely a 100 out of 10

  Found this place after visiting Smokey Mountain Knife Works and loved going here back home in Greenwood, Indiana. This is the new Joe's Crab Shack after the old ones closed but it still feels and looks like the old ones and so does my childhood memory! Loved coming here again and loved the service. I want to move here just to work and eat here everyday! I forgot to mention the vibe was grea. The music was incredible to Bob and dance to and the servers were so happy singing along. I haven't had such a great time at a restaurant in years.

  Stopped in here while vacationing in the Smokies and we are so glad we did. The food was amazing, service was wonderful, and the restarant had nice decor. Our waitress was incredible and went above and beyond for all of her tables. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend the trio shrimp platter or the blackened flounder.

  So it was my birthday today, we had a rough morning losing our dog. Our waitress April was very nice though. We got some drinks, and we literally had no alcohol in them. We're from Nevada so we're used to open pour. So the manager came over and asked what she could do and she could charge us for another shot , like really? Our food came before our appetizer.... But honestly she could have just take them off the bill. The food was okay, then our waitress April asked if she wanted her to sing to me and I was like it's okay. Thank you though. Honestly the last time we were at a Crab shack was in Sacramento and they never asked. They just did it, we had a great time there. Then we had this guy constantly begging us for his services for pictures. Anyway, we won't be coming back but good luck to everybody.
