  I got the Wild Raspberry Sweet Tea and it was wonderful. I didn’t have time to actually go in and sample all the flavors. I definitely plan to do that soon…. I love that there are so many options to choose from. The staff was very friendly. I ordered off of the app and it was ready when I got there. Very pleased with everything.

  HTeaO Sevierville absolutely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. The tea selection is incredible — so many flavors and all of them taste so fresh. The customer service really stands out. Everyone was kind, patient, and happy to help with recommendations. You can tell this place is run with pride and care. Sevierville is lucky to have this gem. I’ll definitely be back!

  First I was really hoping for some zero sugar flavors for the tea, but was told the only one they have is plain sweet tea. We ordered two small teas and it was almost $10! I tried mine and I actually like Milo’s zero sugar sweet tea better that you can get from the store for less than $4 for a whole gallon. My daughter got a flavored tea and it was gone quickly revealing that the cup was almost full to the top with ice. There wasn’t much actual tea in the cup. I don’t want to be rude, but it was really a disappointment.

  So first we tried going through the drive-through, they couldn’t hear us over the speaker and told us to come to the window to order, okay that’s fine, until we get up to the window and sit there with no one coming to take our order. Eventually we decide to park and I went in to grab drinks. Both of the sweet teas we got tasted like they have artificial sweeteners in them (the orange spice just tastes like chai, no orange) and the one unsweet just tasted watered down with no ginger flavor. The gallon we got we haven’t opened yet, however we don’t have high hopes for it. I also learned getting back in the car I got shorted a dollar in change after being told if they didn’t have enough coins she’d give me a full dollar to make up for it. Receipt doesn’t even say I handed the cashier $15 in cash, only what the total was $12.05 (she gave back $2). Overall my family wasn’t impressed, which is sad to say because some friends out in Taxes was telling us how much they enjoy it.

  Not to spread negativity but no one at this establishment has anything together both times I’ve came my drink hasn’t been mixed properly and they’ve been out of a limited time drink option the hot honey one..and my drinks have tasted like water each time as if the tea wasn’t steeped correctly. Also witnessed the front cashier drinking her drink on the floor while at the drive-through window. They also are not following food, safety standards, one of the girls scooped ice with the cup instead of an actual ice scoop, and none of the girls had their hair tied back.
