Watched him tell customers he will either give them a free coffee in exchange for a 5 star review OR when their coffee was ready he wouldn’t hand it over until they wrote him a review and mentioned his name, while fooling around and posing for photos. Again, holding people’s drinks hostage until they give him a good review. Shows how bad this place is. Don’t recommend.

We had to go and get her favorite creme de menth mocha, and boy was she happy! Thank you Dutch fam! Always incredible service. Please expand into the south carolina, greenville area. They told us the place was Instagram famous and insisted we make a stop before heading home. As we pulled up, I noticed there were two drive through lanes. I was hoping to go inside because I had questions, but it did not look like they had an “inside”. A few people were lined up at an outdoor order window, so we decided to just join the drive through line. Staff members were already out near the cars and walked right up to take our order. We let them know it was our first visit, and they were extremely helpful walking us through the menu and offering suggestions. I ordered a large peppermint mocha, while the ladies chose a variety of cold drinks. We pulled up to the pickup window, where another friendly staff member handed us our drinks and chatted about the cold Tennessee weather. From start to finish, the process was smooth and welcoming. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and we would definitely give this place a thumbs up.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
