After he finished, I approach the window only to be told my order has never come through to the system. Unfortunately, I had other things I needed to take care of and did not have time to wait hence ordering online ahead of time. I was told that I could get a credit on the app for my order. However, I was unable to figure that out. So I sent an email with no response. I would just like a credit for my order. I know $17 and a few cents doesn’t seem like a lot, but I won’t be going back to Dutch Brothers if I don’t get my money back

Definitely disappointed, so if you go to this location it’s better to order online or plan to be there for over an hour.
- KBKelsey BalesNov 5, 20251.0I did an online order and got put on the back burner once I arrived I was told it was going to be 15 minutes longer then the time I was told it was going to be done I kept waiting and kept waiting also kept watching people walk up and ordered and watch them get their drinks a few moments later while I was still standing there waiting 30 minutes later ask again having the girl that time tell me 15 more minutes like I’m sorry but it doesn’t take that long to make someone order if they would stop making the new arrival drinks and get the one that been standing there for ever and while I was standing there the girl started telling about her life story to the woman who was ordering here a little tip instead of telling your life story why don’t you step in there and help get the drinks done instead of having a large group of people in line and instead of someone standing there forever! The drinks are good but it’s most certainly isn’t worth the headache or time I had to take or deal with! And I go there about 3 times a week but I am thinking other wise now!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
