  Waited at the microphone to order for like 5 mins which is cool no problem. Final made my order and asked to pick a few of the dozen donuts. The worker said ok come to window. He gives me a box which I reject since I didn’t pick out my donuts yet. The grown big dude gives me attitude because he chose not to listen and take my order. I told him I need to see a many which he didn’t provide so I had to pull up a menu using my phone. He was huffing and puffing at the window with attitude and I just ended up canceling the donuts. I go daily and spend on average about $12 + daily. Called GM on phone who refused to give me store number so I could file a complaint. He said he didn’t feel safe giving the stores identifying #. He got mad and hung up on me! Trash attitude by employees and management!

  This young dark hairs girl with the eyeglasses at this location today at 545pm in Sevierville is so rude and nasty and made our experience at this location terrible. Better do something about this employee before you have no customers left. She’s terrible.

  Just had to wait an hour in the drive-through line with a mobile order and when we got to the front, they were out of everything that we had ordered. They were just letting people wait in the line without telling anyone they were out of food. The app did not update the show it either. I know they were doing the best they can, but this is pretty unacceptable.

  I always enjoy coming here and the staff is always friendly, but today will be the last time. Your young man at the front counter humiliated me by saying he recognized me from "being in jail". For factual context, this is something that happened two months ago. I was defending a female friend (a domestic violence victim) to her ex bf. I wasnt "in jail", I was processed and released in 2 hours. This young man had no business saying to me that I "dont have to be rude". I 100% was within my rights. The employee has no business bringing up a loyal customer's legal issue ...this same young man was vaping in front of the store while customers were coming in & out. This all transpired between the hours of 2 & 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3rd at store #870 Dolly Parton Parkway location (Sevierville, TN, 37862). I come here all the time and never bother anyone. I wont be back even though the manager said she would "talk to him" and apologized. No good.
