Bartender/Server was very nice and helpful. We purchased the Eat & Play Combos and it saved us some money, like a lot! We have a healthy size family. Environment was pleasant and I knew the tunes on the radio so I was singing. Food was hot, delicious, and came out in timely manner. Very clean! Will definitely return!

I went by myself. Overall, the bartender was great! The bar itself was dirty when I was trying to find a seat, but I was able to get a bar stool. I was hoping to get to some games before the kitchen closed, but it did not happen because of food issues.
My sirloin was overcooked twice. I was embarrassed to say that my "medium" steak was over medium-well the first time. I ate my side of fries while it was being fixed. The second time, the sirloin was butterfly cut with one part being well-done and the other medium-well. I mentioned it again, and the manager took care of my steak and gave me a game credits card; I appreciated it greatly. The bartender seemed frustrated at me after that moment. I made sure to let her know that it was not her fault, and I tipped well over the comp'd bill to show my appreciation for her attentiveness.
I want to come back, but I felt unwelcome after the second sirloin issue. I did not eat a bite out of either overcooked steak. I know that Saturday night services are tough, but I would rather find fun late night entertainment at other places after this experience. Again, thank you to the management and bartender who did their best to accommodate me despite the second send-back.

When my sister and I visited Tennessee, a snowstorm had shut down almost everything in the area. Thankfully, Dave & Buster’s was open, and we were able to play games and grab something to eat. The staff seemed understaffed, and our food took about 45 minutes to come out. We honestly didn’t mind the wait since there wasn’t much else to do with most places closed. They offer a wide variety of games, which we played first before sitting down to eat. I ordered the chicken tenders. They weren’t bad, but they tasted like they may have stayed in the oil a little too long. Overall, it ended up being a good backup plan during the storm and gave us something fun to do when options were limited.

Atmosphere and vibe are a 10/10! We had a great time overall. When we first arrived, though, there was no one at the counter to greet or help us, we figured it out on a nearby machine and added points ourselves no problem! Later on I went to the bartender to add points to my play card as none of the machines were working, and while she was nice, she walked off with my cards while I was still trying explaining the issue.
Also, I don’t recommend the squish balls as a prize mine burst all over me and ruined my clothes. I got a quick “sorry” but no help.
Other than those small inconveniences, it was a super fun place and we’ll definitely be back!

Let me start by saying that we went to Dave and Busters on Saturday, 1/31/26 because the snow storm had shut mostly everyone else down!!!! We got there rather early around 5pm and they had some people but we’re not packed. We got there and stood around for a bit before we were seated and there were 4 adult couples for a total of 8 people. When we were sat, nothing was said to us about anything being out or length of times bringing, nothing. We ordered drinks, some were alcoholic but mostly tea and soda. One person ordered Dr. Pepper that apparently was actually out and needed to be changed so they asked for a coke in its place. My husband ordered a blue moon and I ordered a Mai tai. My mai tai was awful. It tasted like it was a margarita so instead of being sweet, it was very sour. I sent it back and the second one wasn’t any better. I did not even drink it. I do not think the person behind the bar was a bartender. After drinks, some of the table got appetizers, whether they were ordered as appetizers or entree. That was fine and they came out nice and hot and quick it was great. An hour and a half later, the rest of us got our food. One of the other ladies and I ordered the exact same garlic Parmesan ceasar salad. Hers came out looking wonderful and mine looked like it had been sitting in the bowl for a week. The breading was mostly off of the chicken and the chicken was burnt while the lettuce was wilted. Ok, fine…I just won’t eat that and moved on to the cheese stacks that my other friend had gotten earlier that looked delicious! Mine were so cold that the cheese was not even melted. My friend had ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and the meat wasn’t even cut up. It was cold and just thrown on the bun! One of the guys ordered a cheeseburger that came out raw! They ate their food because they were starving! I unfortunately had lost my appetite and did not eat. We spoke to the manager about our issues and he made up excuses and said he would go back and make my cheese stacks himself if I wanted him to but by that point I wasn’t even hungry. He did comp my salad and cheese stacks, but even with my food comped….my husbands 8 chicken wings with fries, 1 blue moon, pigs in a blanket and my one mai tai, our bill was $80.00!!! Oh he also got a game card because he did the eat and play “deal”! We completely understand that the snowstorm made things much more difficult and we’re happy to have somewhere to eat, but if your staff is lessened make arrangements! Maybe only offer appetizers and beer instead of the entire menu and bar! Let customers know up front that staff is short and the wait times may be a little longer. I was really disappointed in how the entire thing was handled and will never go back to a Dave and busters ever. We never had high expectations but not eating should never be an option and people’s food should come out cooked and warm.
