  Everything was great in the arcade part. Machines all worked, everyone had a blast, and was a good deal to get the 90 minute play card. Now once we went to eat there was 10 of us. Im older and can't get up on those tall chairs. There was just a couple tables being used at about 8pm this day. When I couldn't get in the chair about half of us moved to the booth next to the table leaving the 6 and 7 year olds at the table only 3 feet away. The lady at the counter came and was rude saying she can't have us at two different tables. When I told her I couldn't get in the chair, she said that she already offered to put us at the one low table but it only held 6 people. We couldn't move everyone to the both either because it held 6 people. So when she told us again she couldn't have us at two different tables I told her we can't all fit at the low top table, we all can't fit in a both, and I can't get in the tall chairs what do you want us to do., she just took off and wouldnt tell us what she wanted us to do. The server came over and told us not to worry about it that we can split up. Such a waste of time dealing with that. Then when we got our food it was cold, and the boneless wings were hard. Definitely dont recommend the food area at this location, but the play area was great. Other locations the food and service has been awesome as well.

  I'm genuinely puzzled by the negative reviews for this location because our experience was excellent from start to finish. I'm a Dave & Buster's Rewards member and visit the chain often in multiple cities, including Los Angeles, Hollywood, Washington, and now Sevierville. This location absolutely holds its own. The space was very clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly, not nearly as crowded as I expected given how tourist-heavy the area is. I visited with my sister, niece, and nephew, and everyone had a great time. Food was on point: I had the steak salad and the Philly cheesesteak, and we also shared the pretzel bites. Everything came out fresh and tasted great, no complaints across the table. Staff were friendly overall and helpful when needed. A special highlight was the Human Claw attraction; my nephew loved every second of it. Pure joy, zero regrets. All around, this was a solid, fun, well-run Dave & Buster's, and I'd happily come back next time I'm in the area.

  We LOVE this place! Service is always exceptional. Everything we have eaten here has been soooo good. Love all the games and there are plenty of prizes to choose from once you have collected tickets. Everything is digital so no need to carry around hand fulls of tickets. You can buy wristbands to wear for the games at the front desk - love this option for kids! You don't have to worry about them losing their card. Plenty of TV's to watch games and they have a HUGE bar! This is our go to spot when we need to get out of the house and waste some time.

  Hands down, this is the best bar experience I’ve had in Pigeon Forge. First off, huge shout-out to Layla, who is without question one of the best bartenders I’ve ever seen. Extremely professional, fast, friendly, and on point. The bar area was spotless, everything was organized, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. The atmosphere is next level. Massive TVs everywhere, crystal clear picture, and they have NFL Sunday Ticket, which meant we were able to watch our New Orleans Saints without missing a single play. The food was excellent — not “bar food” excellent, but legitimately good. Everything came out hot, fresh, and well-presented. Clean. Professional. Great service. Great food. Perfect place to watch a game. If you’re in Pigeon Forge and want a place that actually delivers on service, sports, and atmosphere — Dave & Buster’s is it. Highly recommend.

  Went to D&B in sevierville on 12/13/25 @ 11:45 pm, I went in to verify when they close, well when I went in the building there wasn’t 1 employee in sight, I had to walk around the building for 5 mins just to find someone(no greater, no servers, no bar tenders, just the ticket counter guy that I finally found). So I found out they close at 1 and we decided we were gonna eat and play, well, we walked in and stood for another 5/6 minutes for someone to seat us, mind you, it’s me, my wife and our 2 kids. Finally we see a waitress bringing another tables food out and I try to get her attention, which she hustles away finally a min later she finally comes up to me and I ask if we seat ourself or what do we do, she kinda looked at me with a “Ugh” face and then sat us. Brought us menus and such, we looked at the menus and ordered, I ordered the 39.99 play and eat combo, it comes with a $35 play card and an entree, I got the salmon for an extra 3.99, no biggie right, for my sides it came with “rice pilaf” and green beans, well I decided I would get the Alfredo pasta they have as a side, and was charged a $3.99 fee for the side swap, but was uninformed about it till after the fact. So after we order she refills our play cards(we have our own cuz if not it’s $3.00 per card for a new one. Well I seen where you can now link the card to you’re account, so I figured this is a good way to safeguard my stuff, well I get signed in and start to link my card, only for it to say that “this card is registered to another account”now I had this card since new, I originally paid the $3 for it in like 2019/2020. So how is this card registered to another account if I haven’t registered it to my account. Unless the card wasn’t new and was reused. Well, I brought this up to a server(I assume she was) I found and told her hey, this is Registered to another account and not mine, so she pulls out a stack of cards and transfers everything over. And I try it again, same thing “this card is registered to another account”. So this time I tell our waitress who doesn’t really seem like she wants to be there, and she takes my cards for about 5-10 mins to the “manager” it was a good time to take it to the manager cuz our food just came out, well our daughter ordered chicken tenders(goldfingers) which looked more like deep fried chicken slivers, they were very thin, very small, very dry. That were just mixed in with the fry’s. And my salmon came with “rice pilaf” which was basically just cooked white rice with no seasoning or anything, and it was a very small amount, like they couldn’t afford to put a another scoop on there. So we start eating, finally our waitress comes back with a “new” card and says “that old card wasn’t even a valid card in our system, so he put everything on a new card” so we eat and my wife and son go out to play a lil more. Well as I was about to finish eating it was 12:50ish, they close a 1am, the waitress comes and kinda rushes us (me and my daughter) to finish so she can take the plates at the table, this is the most amount of hurry she’s had all night. So we gather our things and make our way out, but first I decide I’m gonna try to register this new card, well it says the same thing “this card is registered to another account” which after a little research turned out to be the same card I gave her to take back and they replaced, which they didn’t so she lied. So I asked to speak to the manager that “fixed it” and he didn’t come out, the waitress came back out and said “it’s not our issues, it has to do with the app” and I said no, you’re machine up by the front door says the card is register to this number” which she kept arguing and not wanting to get the manager. So I said I’ll just have to come back and actually talk to a manager. Overall this experience was 2/10 and that’s only cuz my kids and wife got to play a few games. But as a whole, we are very disappointed and aggravated about the whole situation. And we definitely will be going back to deal with this face to face with an actual manager.
