- JJJJan 2, 20261.0We ordered a cake for pickup on 1/2/2026. Upon arrival, the employees said that the order was never received. We received a confirmation and it was provided. They said that it was not in their system. The woman said that the general manager said that they would honor it. We bought a generic cake because we had to have one by 12 1/3/2026, but were still charged $46 which is the full price for a custom cake. We had no choice, we needed the cake for the birthday, but it's a random cake that doesn't meet the theme. Why no discount? Why full price? We buy a cake every year from this location, but not again. Very disappointed 😞
