    Very clean store! Wonderful atmosphere! But most importantly wonderful employees! All are so sweet and welcoming. But Mrs Vickie is the icing on their cakes! She’s so sweet and fun and is the main reason I’ll be a returning customer!

    Very disrespectful workers. We came through drive through at 8:00 pm on 2/24/25, and had to go back through as our food was incorrect. Instead of having a nice attitude about fixing our food. They insisted on rolling their eyes and raising their voices at a customer. Very unprofessional and embarrassing.We will not be back. Hope they talk to the lady and her team. So upsetting seeing true colors of a person!

    Dining room was clean, customer service was the best, Vicky was super helpful and did a great job with taking our order getting are food and making sure we had everything we needed. Food was good and ice cream was awesome. Thank you Vicky for taking g care of us while we were there.

    I stopped by the Sevierville Dairy Queen to pick up dinner after an 11 hour work day. I got a cheese deluxe stackburger and fries. The burger was absolutely perfect! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I would usually run by Burger King, but I never get a fresh, hot, or delicious burger. It looks like it's been sitting under the heat lamp for way too long. I called the manager on duty to thank her for my wonderful burger and to tell her how much I appreciated it. I think she was rather surprised at my call, but it was a much deserved call. Thank you for a quality burger. Keep up the good work!

    I had a family member that got out of the hospital today. She was craving chili dogs with mustard chili and onions. She had nothing but hospital food for the past month. I went through the drive through window and ordered exactly that times 2. They repeated my order to me just as I ordered it. Low and behold, when I took it back to her, it was missing the mustard and onions. This has happened so many times at this location and I have never complained. Very disappointed 😞
