Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Trash piled high in the trash cans and next to it. The line was absolutely filthy with food scattered everywhere. Go somewhere else.

Man, let me tell you. I’ve been a chipotle Connoisseur for a lot of my life. I’ve eatin many different chipotle’s across many different states. Man let me you this one was by far the best. Great service cause they could care less about portion sizes. They load that thang up and don’t charge you for extra. They be giving me double chicken for the price of regular chicken. Everything was fresher than a newborn baby in the hosptial. Frfr this place is the goat. No cap, loved it here. Peace

Love eating Chipotle but this time was the worst I had. I was charged extra for adding extra corn. Look how pitiful my bowl is. My bowl was just have a sorry scoop of rice, more than burnt chicken, extra hot sauce and Xtra corn. Can't even tell that there was extra hot sauce. And they charged me extra. Chipotle pigeon forge you failed

The workers making food were slow. The line started backing up. I got there before the line but somehow waiting ten minutes to order my food. The proportions were off. I had more cheese than meat. I don’t want to be rude but I was not a fan.

You know, this is the only Chipotle that we get to frequent, because it's the only one in the area. You need to find better staff members or train your employees better. I just went in 5 minutes ago. And had to witness one employee worked the line alone. Busting his butt While I watched 3 other employees standing in the prep area lines of people, this poor employee had to not only start packing the burrito, then move to the cashier, then take his gloves off, do it all over again, irresponsible and ridiculous, eh. And then the quality Clean up your restaurant. Have it look appropriate and on top of it? I shouldn't have to ask for every little thing. Scoop me the appropriate service of meat and protein and don't be ridiculously cheap on your product. Otherwise raise your prices. Secondly, the manager did not even know how to cash out. Screwed up my ticket overcharged me as a manager. Wanted to charge me double for a queso when I was trying to just get a free one on my app,so and then had to go back for a refund that was the most stressful experience.And it's a shame that these employees aren't being trained better to know how to give good customer service.!!!
