They let us wait instead of greeting us or letting us know they'd be right there took a few minutes to be acknowledged. They were seemingly irritated by us being there. A lady doing online orders was complaining to another employee using foul language.

I ordered a quesadilla and the lady serving me said that they were only online order only. None of the chipotles I've gone to here have actually followed this supposed rule. She then continues to say that they're out of quesadilla shells anyway which is untrue because the quesadilla shells are the same thing as the burrito shells. Unbelievable service, the whole interaction was rude and unnecessary. The place was messy, I was going to eat there but the tables were covered and gross. Perhaps if the three co-workers weren't messing around and being loud behind the counter, the tables would be clean. Otherwise the food was good! I ended up getting a bowl and a side of tortillas to make my own quesadilla, (jeez, its not that hard).

The front of house staff was perfectly wonderful and superb but the lack of support from management was actually insulting to see. I was second in line and it took me 15 minutes because she didn’t have help.

As soon as we walked in we saw trash and food all over the floor and tables as if someone was feeding pigeons. Absolutely disgusting!! The food bar was super cross contaminated and their work are was extremely filthy as well I mean food and smears EVERYWHERE. Even prison kitchens are clean this place is just NASTY. The workers were showing their stomach, hair a mess, I mean come on I am surprised people are eating here.
