  The food is really good, the prices are pretty reasonable, but they didn't have enough waiters when I went on Sunday, but that's to be expected at 10:00 pm on Sunday: however the waiters are very good at their jobs, they are very knowledgeable, and can suggest lots of choices, for apps, drinks, and main dishes, the double cheeseburger is very good, and so are the fries, and dips; the cook is very good, You get exactly what You order, they play all current sporting events, so You will never be bored, I Loved this place

  If I could rate the service higher, I would. Wade gave us service and our drinks were never less than half way gone before we had a new drink, did not have to ask for napkins or utensils, and when the staff asked if we needed something or how the meal was, I (the only adult) didn't have a mouth full of food. Bill was $105 and I have him a $40 tip because Wade was perfect!

  So this was not a good visit and not sure we’d return. To start, we came last night (Friday) and the restaurant/bar was not busy so we thought we’d be okay. We ordered 2 tall Bud Lights and when they came they were about 80% full. The bartender seemed busy with the few people at the bar and obviously rushed. We ordered our food and our server was very nice. My husbands cheesesteak was good, my wrap was good but the fries were cold. We waited a little while for our server to come back to get refills. Once she did she placed an order for 2 more beers. The bartender was more busy in having a customer at the bar go get her Chipotle and talking to the new costumers at the bar. We waited 10 mins for our beers to finally just tell our server to cancel our order. My husband heard the bartender tell our server that it’s terrible we couldn’t wait for beer refills. She may be the worst bartender we’ve had and it doesn’t look like we’ll be back. We don’t have very good experiences here. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Sevierville (1620 Parkway) is consistently rated the worst in Tennessee, with numerous reviews citing extremely slow service, rude management, dirty conditions, and cold, poor-quality food.   I don't think this location trains their employees. Nobody from hostess to waitress to cook knows what they are doing. Didn't sit at the bar so I can't speak for the bartenders. Why does corporate push the rewards so much and then nothing in this store, I've seen other stores try harder. No one here knows how to apply a phone number to use redeemed rewards. Let alone you have to redeem a reward first. This is a below average bdubs location.

  DO NOT COME HERE TO EAT UNLESS YOU LIKE BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Came here to eat with my family, this was our second time giving any buffalo wild wings restaurant a try in 10 years. Took forever for get sat even though the restaurant was more than half empty, finally we were sat and we're trying to order the sample or ultimate sample platter, I dont remember whats its called, when ordering the nachos as 1 of our options. The server walks away like shes completely gotten our order down correctly. This entire time we pointed and asked about it and she ONLY wrote the nachos down. Later came back with a large tray of nachos we didnt order, told her thats not what we wanted, she came back saying she could take them back but we will be charged for them anyways. We stayed with the nachos but we only wanted to try them so about 3/4 of the tray was left untouched. SHE HAD A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE THE ENTIRE TIME AS OUR SERVER. My sister in law wanted a kids meal to go since my niece fell asleep, she asked for a kids chicken dippers with a side of oranges, we got the meal with a side of fries and when we asked her to fix it she told my sister in law "Thats not what you said, you said fries" but my sister in law said oranges and I heard it too. She huffed away and came back with a small side of 2 tiny orange pieces. Honestly we were just done with how this establishment had treated us and we left. Its crazy to me because my family has worked at restaurants before and we've never treated anyone like this, i understand people can be difficult but we know how much work it takes to provide a really good service to customers. I dont understand why she was so lazy to do anything but her job. If she has enough time to gossip with cowrkers then she has enough time to clearly do her job. If I could give this whole restaurant a -5 stars then I would but unfortunately I cant. Maybe work on having a better attitude sweetheart. Will NEVER in my life ever go to a buffalo wild wings again, especially this horrible restaurant. Save your money because this place is trash.
