  Received half of our order an hour after sitting down and some of it was wrong, when we got the other half, another 30 minutes had passed, and it was cold. When we talked to the server about this, expressing that we were upset about it, instead of fixing the problem she gave us excuses why it was cold and didnt fix the problem. The server's name was Bunni and she is the reason we are never coming back. There is absolutely no excuse why it took an hour and a half to receive our food. Absolutely terrible establishment.

  My boyfriend went at 7pm Tuesday the 11th and it was awful. There were only a handful of tables in the restaurant. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged to be sat. About 4-5 people walked past us, made eye contact and didn’t say anything. After we were sat it took an additional 10 minutes to be greeted and have our drink order taken. When the server finally got to the table they seemed very unhappy to be there. Did not introduce themselves, did not smile, didn’t even really say anything other than “what to drink and ready to order”. Another table got sat in their section and got the complete opposite service. The food was burnt. Just an awful experience. As a local I truly dont think I’ll ever be back.

  We came here to watch the football game on Saturday night. Even though the place was not busy the staff was having a difficult time managing getting people to tables. The restaurant was dirty and the bathrooms were worse. We ordered wings and fries. The wings were horrible. They were clearly old and barely lukewarm. The only reason the food got a second star is because at least the french fries were hot. This place is clearly poorly managed. I would recommend checking out some of the other sports bars in Pigeon Forge before wasting your money here.

  There are a few bright spots, but this B Dubs keeps just disappointing. They never have enough staff in place and management just doesn’t seem to ever have it together. Employees that do care get run into the ground and the result is, and continues to be, a bad end product. Someone needs to come in, shut it down for a couple weeks; get new leadership in place, remodel lightly, hire, train and reopen. What a continuous disaster and no one is doing anything about it.

  My family and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Sevierville, TN on October 19, 2025. It was a Sunday, so it wasn't very busy and a large portion of the seating near the front of the restaurant was unoccupied. Most patrons were sitting near the bar/TV viewing areas. We were sat down near the front. After about 10 minutes, we still hadn't even placed our drink orders yet. We could see wait staff standing around and looking at our table, but no one came. While we were waiting, staff came over to the section we were in and put two table together and then set placement for a larger party. We still hadn't been waited on. A short time later, a large party came in and was sat next to us at the tables they had prepped. Wait staff immediately started taking their orders and we had been completely ignored. My family and I got up to leave and I asked to speak with the manager. When she finally came out, her only excuse was the area we were sat in is closed. Although they just sat the large party right next to us. No further explanation or apologies, nothing. We will never darken the doors of this establishment again. They are a very sorry, lazy, and unempathetic employees I have ever met. I know it doesn't matter to them, because we are joust one small family, but were reasonably local, so I'll be sure to pass on my experiences with anyone who may ask me where NOT to eat in Sevierville.
