    Christina and Amber were so kind. Our icecream was delicious. The store was so clean & decorated for Christmas! Always a must stop for us when we’re in pigeon forge.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely disappointing experience I’ve never felt more ripped off at an ice cream shop. We ordered two very tiny small cups and one cone (which they said had to be two scoops), and the total came to $30-even after the worker said he gave us a $4 discount. My Half Baked flavor had zero chunks-just plain chocolate and vanilla swirl-and it was freezer burnt on top of that. For what we paid, the quality and portions were unbelievably disappointing. I usually love Ben & Jerry’s, but this location was a huge letdown. Definitely not worth it.
