    Visited here tonight within and hour of closing. Best experience we have had here yet! The staff was welcoming, the food was hot and delicious and the restaurant smelled so clean. Staff did an amazing job tonight.

    This Arby's tends to be a little slow and makes people pull around to wait for their food. I get they may be short staffed so I won't go to hard. Food is always good though.

    Showed up late night for a bite. We had to pull to the side to wait for food from drive thru. Not sure if thats a good or bad thing. Im assuming good so they can microwave the chicken. Its fast food i didnt expect much.

    Went thru drive thru at 6:27pm, at 6:31 still no acknowledgement from anyone inside. When I said "hello" the girl said she would be with me in a moment. We waited another 5 minutes before we asked if it would be faster to come inside. She said "not really, theres only 3 of us here." We waited ANOTHER 3 minutes before deciding to leave. As we left we noticed the car that was in front of us had been pulled forward. After sitting in the drive thru for 12 MINUTES, we left without even placing our order. So the cashed out the car, pulled it up, butnstill couldnt take the next order! This place cant acknowledge customers, take more than 1 car's order at a time, or have the decency to let customers know they are short staffed and it might take longer than usual. I love Arby's and visit them on a regular basis, but lately? Several Arbys locations in Knoxville, Maryville, and Sevierville have failed to keep me as a customer! At this point, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and spending your money with a place tjat appreciates customers and understands without the customer, there is no company!
