It’s a way they pad their order time and it’s ridiculous. Corporate really needs to look into this store for their handling of their drive thru.

This last visit It looked like just two people running the whole store, still didn't even take as long as I expected given the circumstances, and food all tasted fresh. The person in front of me had such a rude tone with the drive through guy, who was as nice as can be. If having to wait a couple extra minutes for your food spikes your blood pressure that much you should go on a diet anyway.
