    Stopped by the new Arby’s around 6 p.m. on a weekday night — didn’t feel like cooking, and with two drive-thru lines backed up, I figured the food would be hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the best part of my meal was the Dr Pepper. The fries were cold and tasted like they’d been sitting there since lunch. Actually stopped at the first available trash can and threw the food away. My sandwich barely had any roast beef on it. Honestly, I could have gone to Weigel’s next door for a cheaper Dr Pepper and been just as satisfied. A disappointing example of what happens to food quality when big corporations take over fast food.

    It is ridiculous that they allow their employees to wear face strap. The employees have disgusting nose rings and all kinds of other face jewelry. Not even Waffle House allows this hideous Behavior now. They should at least raise their level of standards to the level of Buc-ee's.

    My fieonce went through the drive threw to get me food because i was at work my food was cold when he got their im just a minute away from the store the guy in the window was nice how ever when i ate my food it made me physically sick i wound up going to the er with food poisoning

    This is in no way a bad review, but yall need to help that poor boy. He was moving so quickly i barely got his name on his name tag, it was Cole. It seemed like he was doing everything, making food, doing frys and taking orders on the headphones, even though he had help right there. There was a younger black gentleman who seemed to be “under the influence” and was just moping around not doing much, and Cole would just go right by him and do his task (maybe?) I’m not trying to get the black gentleman in trouble, hence i didn’t say his name, yall need to give cole a big raise for how hard he was working
