  This shop has the most friendly staff and they add to coffee experience. Nick and Live are so courteous I love watching them interact with the customers. Dutch Brothers certainly has trained their staff to value their customers and other companies should take notice. Job well done....thank you!

  They ask for a tip before they even start making your drink, I've been here multiple times and I have noticed consistently if you dont give a tip they intentionally leave out ingredients of your drink

  I love this place, just wish it was a bit bigger with a couple more staff members. It gets so busy sometimes at this place, its made me late for work. It sucks when you get in line and it doesnt move for like 10-15 minutes. Order ahead and there is a chance you could either be early or late, even when you show up at the time it said to. If they had people only doing mobile orders and had another window for that, it would make things run so much smoother.

  Amazing addition and competition to the Gateway to the Smokies. I have gone at least 3x every month for a year now. (It's a problem I know) They have amazing service constantly along with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like what you got or were given the wrong item they will nearly always replace it for you. The menu is super extensive offering lemonade, soda, sparkling water, coffee, iced drinks, tea (Green, black, chai that I know of), and a Dutch Bros signature Rebel energy drink base to their energy drinks that is similar to the taste and caffeine content of Red Bull. This place has become extremely popular with the locals for very good reason. ⚠️ Warning though, during 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm they can tend to get very busy. Longest I've had to wait has been 30 minutes but it is always well worth it .

  I really wanted to like Dutch Bros, but the wait times are honestly unacceptable. Waiting 25–30 minutes for a drink—whether ordering ahead or in person—completely defeats the purpose of a “quick” coffee stop. The staff is friendly and the vibe is great, but that doesn’t make up for losing half an hour just to get a drink. When competitors like Starbucks can move customers through efficiently, it makes this experience even more frustrating. Until the speed of service improves, it’s hard to justify coming back regularly.
