- ASAnthony Surrett3 days ago1.0This is the worst experience I've ever had at ANY food place. Food was horrendous. My sausage biscuit had 2 different tempatures in it. Hash browns are burnt and cold. All food was cold. The girl at the register had 0 energy and 0 personality. Terrible customer service. The dude cooking in the back is worthless at his job. This happened the morning of APR 26th. So you know who you are. We had a group of 4 and all food was garbage 3 day old still frozen food. Were True locals too. We will spread awareness of this business. DO NOT EAT HERE

The first lady who took my order was super nice but the second one overcharged for my avocado toast with bacon when I specifically asked her for it without bacon, and I asked her if there was a price difference and she said no. After she charged me I checked and explained that I knew there was a price difference and she asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes. Then all the employees got confused and I didn’t get a refund and finally I said bacon would be fine on it. They said okay, and my avocado toast was given to me…. With no bacon.

We pull away to eat and we both don’t have sausage on our sandwich’s. we decided to pull around thinking we would get what we actually ordered and they gave us attitude and wanted to make us pay AGAIN and give us sausage patty’s on the side. easily one of the worst Dunkin’s i’ve been too horrible service 0/10 would not recommend.

Never made it to cades cove. Returned back home to ride out the food poisoning. I thought that bagel tasted funny. It had cream cheese on it
