  Stopped here after Dollywood one more time to give them one more chance. We will never stop again. There is always a problem. Today the bathrooms weren’t open and the help was rude about it.! There are two more Duncan on the way out of town. Don’t bother to stop at this one.

  Ordered a mobile order that has every specificity listed, drink was fine but i get breakfast here daily and have never had issues staff is always nice. Today i ordered just blueberry, jelly and glazed munchkins and i got an assortment of ones i cant eat due to allergies. Id go back but im always stuck in the traffic thats so common in the area! Staff was very quiet and looked angry that i wasnt the next in line that would be paying for an order from the teller, but that is fair.

  Waited at the microphone to order for like 5 mins which is cool no problem. Final made my order and asked to pick a few of the dozen donuts. The worker said ok come to window. He gives me a box which I reject since I didn’t pick out my donuts yet. The grown big dude gives me attitude because he chose not to listen and take my order. I told him I need to see a many which he didn’t provide so I had to pull up a menu using my phone. He was huffing and puffing at the window with attitude and I just ended up canceling the donuts. I go daily and spend on average about $12 + daily. Called GM on phone who refused to give me store number so I could file a complaint. He said he didn’t feel safe giving the stores identifying #. He got mad and hung up on me! Trash attitude by employees and management!
