  Racist, rude, dirty, disrespectful. Deserves 0 stars. Special racism shoutout to the employee who called herself "Danielle " (not sure if that was her real name). Chipotle, you need to take care of this. With a mission statement "to cultivate a better world" I urge this Chipotle branch to train employees in a little something called mutual respect. The staff working on April 17, 2026 around 7:30 PM fell far short of that standard. It was embarrassing to witness. To anyone still reading: this was, without question, the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. My family and I didn't expect to be disrespected at this chipotle. At one point, after noticing that we are Indian, an employee looked us up and down and said, “These guys are going to order a lot of veggies, so make sure they only get one scoop. If they get any more, charge them extra.” This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

  Horrible experience as non-white people visiting the place. We went in as a family and ordered 7 different bowls. When a gentleman started making our bowls very well organized a mid-aged lady comes by and states “these people will only order veggies” and asks everyone to step away and she started making our orders. We kept things very simple by asking her to make the same thing for all the bowls but she keeps making things confusing and when we ask her to put things she forgot, we get told that once to bowl moves down the line we can’t step back! You are not the only chipotle we have been to and we have had much better experiences than this one. Clearly the lady was racist and thought because we don’t order meats she can make her choices of words. Hopefully the right people see this and necessary actions are taken to fix this for other families like us visiting next time.

  I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at Chipotle today. An employee named Danielle AKA (white Woman) refused to make a veggie bowl and behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner. What made the situation worse was that she made inappropriate and offensive comments about brown people — while serving brown customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. No customer should feel disrespected or discriminated against when simply trying to order food. Employees should treat everyone with respect, regardless of race or background. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training to ensure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will not be returning to this location unless this issue is Addressed.

  Most of the staff was very good but Danielle was upfront racist to us just because we ordered vegetarian options. She was not happy to make the food right way and other people who wanted to make things right were asked to step away.

  We had good food and overall great service. Plus they had the honey chicken which we love.
