  Our server tonight was Bunni..she was awesome and personable. She was very attentive to our needs and checked on us often. We are visiting for the weekend from Atlanta and so glad we stopped in for dinner and won the server lottery getting Bunni.

  Would definitely recommend this place to anyone great people and even better customer service; Tabatha went above and beyond to help fix an issue I had with my order. She is one of one and I’m lucky to be able to eat here. Thank you Tabatha for not only making me and my girlfriend feel welcomed but Loved Here!

  The GM...AKA "Gobble" was fantastic! Courteous and Friendly. I explained to him the horrible experience my son and I just had at Whataburger and turned our day right back around. He put us in the hands of Miss Kalista and she was perfect! My son had explained to me he had her as a server the week before when my Mother had taken my kids and Kalista was just as amazing. Thank you both for everything !

  Gotta be the worst franchise chains I have ever been to. I absolutely love bdubs go all the time. Was visiting out of state and stopped in and from the start worst experience waiting 10 minutes just for them to greet us and to get us a table. Then from there we waiting 15 minutes and got no greeting from a waitress or waiter and no drinks. Will not recommend this location ever bad attitudes and bad service

  Worst dining experience of my life. We went there on Saturday at 730. Barely anyone in there. That should have told me something. The server seemed very busy for not many people. We waited at least 15 minutes for her to speak to us. We ordered drinks, took more time, and then the cherry on top we got our food BEFORE our alcohols drinks. When my husband wanted another beer, he waited over 15 minutes and again, no one was there! We had 4 children with us and when we got our food, our son had to wait at least 10 more minutes and they were miserable- kids should always be a priority! Our waitress was kind, but no discount, nothing. The other servers didn’t acknowledge us either. No team effort. This place is way past a disaster! I would never never ever come back!!!!
