  Walked in to eat around 9:15pm with our family of 6. We realized most of the lobby had already been cleaned so we tried to inquire about closing time to ensure they weren’t closing early. Was repeatedly ignored by the female worker in the lobby. When she finally responded it was with extreme hostility stating they were open until 10pm however it was just her and one other person there and they were trying to get stuff done so they couldn’t just stop and wait on people. After this encounter we made the decision to take our business elsewhere.

  Went through the drive thru just now cause I just got off my shift and stopped by from work to get food. Wasn’t spoken to or greeted at the screen after sitting there for a good 5-10 mins without any attention the cars behind me got fed up and left. My husband really wanted Arby’s so I circled around and tried again, after waiting another couple mins in silence I finally got a lady that sounded very much like she was new and with an attitude on the microphone. I was polite and simply ordered a roast beef classic combo. In a bad attitude she told me my total and I drove to the window. After waiting yet another 3-5 mins of just sitting at the window the lady yanks the window and tells me my total. I hand her my card and she straight up just looks at me gives me a dirty look, looks at my card and back at me again (side note I have an anime sticker on my card of inoske from demon slayer ) hands me my card hands me my food and was just all out rude and ignored me when I told her to have a nice night. Conviently she didn’t give me a receipt so I couldnt see what her name was but she was the lady that was at drive thru register at 9:15 till 9:33pm. I go here all the time and I have never had anyone be as rude as she was at this location.
