  Audra = 0 stars. My wife was served a raw burger. Which she noticed after a few bites. I took it up there and asked if we could exchange it for nuggets because she didnt want a burger after eating part of raw burger (also worth noting shes 37 weeks pregnant and cant have raw anything). Audra got rude and said we can only do maybe a 4 piece, its half eatten! Which 4 was fine, it was parcially eaten that was obvious as well as it being clearly raw, it was her attitude that was the issue. Then while my wife was eating the nuggets in the lobby we hear her saying its only a liitle pink gossiping in the kitchen. This patty was nearly as raw as one comes from walmart. Again we hate to complain we understand the patty mistake. Its how it was corrected is the issue. No appology, no understanding. Just simply a rude manager making guest seem like a issue for bringing up a issue.

  Burger was stale and gross, fries were old, the lady at the register was super rude. Ik they can do better. Wouldn’t recommend. And the frosty machine wasnt working 😭

  The coffee is very bad, it's not the same as what they sell at other Wendy's. I suggest they review it or they'll lose customers.

  Very unsatisfactory! The night female manager (purple/pink hair) is extremely rude every time I’ve gone up there. They manage to mess up my order at least 60% of the time.

  The poor girl at front counter did an amazing job during the ice storm 2026 , low staff due to storm , it was stressful for her and she kept smiling even when customers were rude to her about the pos system not working correctly , Thank You Beautiful Lady you were amazing
