  You always wait in line when you go in and normally they ignore you while you stand and wait 10-15 minutes for someone to take your order. Evenings manager is the worst, completely ignored us and when we asked for some for some frappe’s they said the machine was down. I mentioned that’s why I called ten minutes ago and they said it had been repaired and had been working fine so we made the drive up there. Traveled all over the country and this had to be one of the worst managed ones I’ve been to.

  Nittya Blue went above and beyond making sure the floor and tables were clean! Her customer service was absolutely above and beyond. She made my little girl feel so special and I’m very impressed with her attitude and work pride. Employees like her make me want to come back to this location.

  Shaun is great and a super nice kid. I was there recently on the weekend and in a hurry. My order was wrong so I had to go back in. Shaun was very helpful. Went to someone on the line and made sure it was corrected quickly. I was even surprised how proactive he was. Very nice kid! They’re fortunate to have him as he represented them well.
