I ordered a fish sandwich and it was cold and a beef and chadder meat that was cold I try to call the store but no one answered I'm very disappointed in Arby's

Sometimes food is great other times not so much. Very inconsistent. Quick service though.

This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at an Arby’s or any fast food. Had to wait several minutes just to be waited on and then had to wait another 12 minutes for our food. In the meantime, a gentleman came in and waited as long as we did not receive service and left. There were only two customers in the restaurant at the time and I did not see any cars in the drive-through when I parked so do not understand why it took so long to be waited on when 2 male employees saw us standing there and then the woman who was so rude came over and rudely took our order. After checking my order Realized we had no sauce and went back to ask for sauce and the person taking orders was rude to me again said that I had To pay for the sauces stating that all fast food places charged for them now. She was extremely rude. I have never been treated so badly and definitely do not intend to return to this location. Do not tell me to go to the website it won’t let me go past the personal information page. What a sorry store this is 😡

I was charged for someone else’s order & seen it on my bank’s online. It was double the $ from what I had ordered. When I called to hopefully resolve the issue, my 1st call was disconnected & the 2nd call I was hung up on after she was very rude & I said “you don’t have to be rude” & she hung up! If I could give it 0 stars I would! I went on their Arby’s website & left a detailed survey.
