  Quality has got worse. The quality of meat are terrible. I can't eat a steak biscuit anymore,due to fat content But hey prices are up.

  This place is always filthy. They never keep the bathrooms clean, there’s dried up blood that’s on the baby changing table and it’s been sitting there for 6 months. They clean their toilets with the same mop that they mop their floors with. YES A MOP!! You are sitting on a toilet with mop water that just touched their floors! Why they mop their toilet seats? No idea. But IVE SEEN THEM DO THIS! Their Lobby is always a mess. And their food is absolutely disgusting. This is what they gave my husband over the weekend yall. Presenting: The new big arch. More like Presenting: the new bloody burger. He didn’t realize he was eating a raw burger because all he could taste was the sauce, as soon as I looked over at his sandwich I realized it was bloody and raw, by this time he had already ate half of it. We threw the rest of it away! Luckily he did not get sick from it. Only reason why I didn’t call this in is because I don’t want any replacement burger from them. I don’t want any food EVER from them. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! This place is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want your burger mooing back at you !!! If you cannot grill a burger the right way stay off the grill. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! And there’s NO WAY they didn’t know just by looking at it that this wasn’t cooked long enough, that’s also what they have timers and thermometers for! They did this because they don’t care and they are lazy and lousy! Usually I don’t like making negative reviews like this but people need to know the risks they are taking when they are eating here, this is a serious health risk to the customers. So I’m sorry to come off as rude but I’m not completely sorry for speaking the truth, this could have got my husband sick and kids eat here too, not just adults!! Know what you are taking the chance on giving your kids when you go here! And also know the chances you are taking when you eat here in general! BEWARE!!

  Stopped in for a quick breakfast at the Rogersville McDonald's,we already had drank coffee so we only wanted water, when she rang it up I saw a charge for 3.19 I ask what that was for and she said 2 small waters, I said you've got to be joking she said no that's the charge, so I ask what a soft drink was she said 1.69 .... Can you believe McDonald's? They're flipping STUPID.SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS ..... NEEDLES TO SAY WE WON'T BE GOING THERE ANYMORE!!!!!
