I went bk inside to let them kno. The manager was disrespectful. He replied with what do u want me to do make u another dish? I was shocked. I replied well I came to you before when my order was wrong n your reply was "we NEVER make mistakes". This is the 6th time going to this location that my order was messed up. As I was walking out he said don't come back here and eat. I've called to report what happened. This manager needs to be replaced. Other locations have advised me that Rogersville is the WORST location. Note to the Manager.. I am making it my job to make sure this gets handled the way it should. YOU SHUD NEVER BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOUR ATTITUDE IS GOING TO COST YOU BIG TIME. KARMA IS COMING. Clearly going over the ratings of this location.. it's time someone wakes up and makes some changes.
