My visit was characterized by significant systemic delays and clerical errors that resulted in a highly substandard experience. Initially, I sought assistance at the counter; however, due to a complete lack of staff presence, I was forced to utilize the digital kiosk. Despite this, I was still required to wait approximately ten minutes before a staff member arrived to process my cash payment. Following this, there was an additional twenty-minute latency period before my order—a small coffee, a McGriddle, and a McMuffin—was fulfilled. Upon receipt, the entirety of the order was cold, rendering it essentially inedible. Furthermore, I discovered a significant discrepancy regarding the financial transaction. Although I provided a $100 bill for payment, the receipt incorrectly reflects a $20 denomination. As someone who maintains meticulous records of my expenditures for budgeting and personal documentation, this lack of accuracy is unacceptable and complicates my financial tracking. In total, I spent over thirty minutes within the establishment for an experience that provided zero value. Given the excessive wait times, the poor quality of the food, and the administrative error on my receipt, I believe a full refund or appropriate compensation is warranted. I trust that management will address these lapses in protocol to prevent future occurrences.

    Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse experience at a McDonald’s than today, I ordered breakfast like normal and this is the first time McDonald’s has made me blow chunks after eating it, the sausage patty was pretty much burnt the cheese wasn’t melted hardly at all, and the McGriddle bun was cold and almost soggy, will not ever be goin back to this McDonalds

    We stopped at the McDonalds in Rockwood, TN yesterday morning. Our order totalled $3.92. I gave the young man working the drive-thru window a $20. He gave me back $16.05. After he handed my change, I told him he had shorted me 3 cents. He got a person that could open the register. After this woman stared at the receipt for a few seconds she reached into the drawer and got the 3 pennies I was owed. As she gave me the pennies she said, "you're lucky we had 3 pennies or you wouldn't have gotten them. We dont usually have any pennies". I asked her if she shorted everyone that they owed pennies to and she said no, we round up or down. Are you training your employees to cheat your customers? After all, the 3 pennies were in the same drawer the young man got my change from and he intentionally didn't give them to me. Some people might call that attempted theft. Definitely shows a huge lack of character and integrity. Imagine if McDonalds shorts every customer at every store 3 cents. They would make a huge profit from theft and dishonesty. Be sure to check you change when doing business at this McDonalds.
