I called the store and the manager on duty, David says Oh so you wanted a cheese burger just without lettuce. Seriously, is it that complicated. My server on the other hand, was super sweet and helpful. Sorry I didn't catch her name. I see comments on Facebook all the time about how unhappy people are with the food out of this store. Absolutely ridiculous !
