  Today when I went to the sonic the young man that served me food was sweet and saw that I had an empty McDonald drink cup in my car and asked if he may he throw it away and brought me 6 ketchup packets instead of two and asked me if there was anything else he could do for me in a very sincere tone. I have him a 50 percent tip. What a breath of fresh air . I have been to the sonic three times in the past month and I’m so impressed with the customer service

  I went this morning and I placed an order for me and my son. I ordered a bacon and cheese toaster which was so dry the bread was old and hard the cheese wasn't even melted and the whole sandwich was cold. I ordered my son a plain cheese burger meal with fries and a drink I got his food all the way home and he couldn't eat the burger because it had everything on it and was soaked in mayo it was disgusting . So he was only able to eat his fries.
