  If you’re thinking of getting dinner from this location, think again. You’d honestly be better off rummaging through their dumpster for food they’ve thrown out for the day, that’s about the same quality you’ll get from the drive-thru. I don’t get it. Your job is to make food to order, so why am I waiting so long for food that tastes like it was cooked during breakfast?

  I ordered a 3 piece all white dinner and a medium drink around 4:45. It was $15.93. I get home and I have 2 wings and a breast and it is old chicken. Not fresh at all. I’m so disappointed. I was just bragging on how fresh the food is to a friend of mine. Definitely not worth the money I spent. This is actually the second time in 2 weeks I’ve gotten old chicken from there. The first time I thought it was just a fluke. Now I see it was not.

  I used the drive through at the Red Bank location to order a #12 Bo-Chicken Sandwich combo, $8.79 on the menu. I was asked ‘medium, or large?’, not realizing there was a third option not mentioned, and chose medium. I hear over the speaker the total being $10.91 which raised questions. At the window I ask about the total, that’s when I learned that I had been duped into upsizing the meal. I hadn’t even received the food yet and was told by the General Manager that they don’t give refunds. I find these practices very deceptive, and I was stuck with having paid extra for size medium mushy fries, and a medium sweet tea. Most other fast food places give you medium sized drink and side automatically. The staff was kind but said their hands were tied because corporate doesn’t allow refunds. I am very disappointed with this visit, and this will be my last.

  so everyone knows that the fries are the BEST part of bojangles right, and if i order fries i want them with cajun. there was absolutely NONE on my fries! not one fry had cajun, and by the way, my chicken was also burnt!

  Ordered 1 Cajun chicken biscuit and 2 bacon egg and cheese the chicken biscuit isn't chicken not sure what it is not eating it one of the bacon egg and cheese has something else on it not sure what it is. Guy taking orders had to ask me 4 times about my order before he understood what I was telling him I think he had smoked something before he came to work. Terrible couldn't eat anything gave it to the dog
