  Another example of Wendy's as a franchise on a steady decline in quality. Got my order wrong but made it right with me. Got the customers just ahead of us order was also wrong and they had to sort it out. Still had Christmas tree up and it is nearly April. They weren't busy at all, but still struggling. Staff member cleaned the station for straws, napkins etc with spray cleaner which applied it to the back of my husband's neck. Couldn't count change correctly.

  It’s been 20 minutes and we are still waiting on “fresh fries”. Super super slow service. Very disappointed.

  Courteous employees but food quality was beyond poor. After a long day and skipping lunch this became a late dinner I was looking forward to. After attending to my mom with flu in the hospital nearby I finally got to a Wendy’s where I was expecting a hot dinner of a famed Wendy’s burger and fries. What I got was a disappointing burger, fries that smelled like chemicals and a burger that was flat, fell apart in my hands and failed to meet basic expectations. I had to throw it away and hope for a better future meal from a chain I have loved since childhood.
