After attending to my mom with flu in the hospital nearby I finally got to a Wendy’s where I was expecting a hot dinner of a famed Wendy’s burger and fries. What I got was a disappointing burger, fries that smelled like chemicals and a burger that was flat, fell apart in my hands and failed to meet basic expectations. I had to throw it away and hope for a better future meal from a chain I have loved since childhood.

I ordered 2 #1 combos with everything on the burger except Ketchup, three times please no Ketchup, wife cannot eat Ketchup. I bring my order home, guess what, nothing on the burgers but mayo, cheese and a half BOTTLE OF KETCHUP ON BOTH, no lettuce, tomato, pickles, plain with 2 pieces of bacon on both , one had meat the size for junior burger. I should have taken both back and demanded my refund. This was terrible, I can clearly see why Wendy's is having bad reviews and closing hundreds of stores , no more Wendy's for me.
