I ordered 2 #1 combos with everything on the burger except Ketchup, three times please no Ketchup, wife cannot eat Ketchup. I bring my order home, guess what, nothing on the burgers but mayo, cheese and a half BOTTLE OF KETCHUP ON BOTH, no lettuce, tomato, pickles, plain with 2 pieces of bacon on both , one had meat the size for junior burger. I should have taken both back and demanded my refund. This was terrible, I can clearly see why Wendy's is having bad reviews and closing hundreds of stores , no more Wendy's for me. Why would have someone work register who doesn't know how to count. How hard is it to make a Dave triple with no other customers. Literally "NO CUSTOMERS" this food chain went to shit. I stopped going to the one on Clinton highway cause no one speaks English there same with merchants except one employee.
