- KAKim Adams5 days ago3.0I never thought I would say this but Five Guys has went down the drain especially here in powell. The burgers have gotten smaller, their famous fries have shrunk bulk wise and customer service has went out the window. But the price is still outrageously high for what you get. At one time Five guys stood above the rest, now it has become just as stale and overpriced as the rest. I been a loyal customer for 10+ years and I'm sad to say this will be the last time I spend my hard earned money at this or any other Five guy establishment again. Good bye Five guys and sorry to see you becoming another McDonald's.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
