This is the WORST Bojangles I have ever been to..and it’s sad that this is the closest one to where I live probably within a 10 mile radius. I keep going back because I LOVE Bojangles’ food, thinking the food and service problems can not get any worse, just better. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I go I wait for 20-39 minutes in the drive thru, brushing it off as them being short-staffed, only to get way less than sub-par service, whose employees take no pride in the food they prepare and then serve to people, even when it wasn’t prepared to Bojangles’ standards. Chicken is either overcooked or “all sold out” just because it’s 8:30 and they are too lazy to prepare more. They hand out burnt and I mean burnt/ crunchy biscuits, or mashed potatoes with the texture of soup because they have hurriedly failed to measure the amount of water needed to prepare them, or add gravy to the mashed potatoes from the top of the container that wasn’t stirred first and has separated from the good stuff on the bottom. And then when confronted about the poor quality of the food these young associates look you right in the eye and lie to you stating, “it does that sometimes, or they are “out of biscuit dough” or “don’t believe those almost black/ brown crunchy biscuits look burnt” cuz it’s 8:30 pm, and don’t want to have to work during the last hour. I would NEVER settle and give any customer any food that I wouldn’t be happy with eating myself. The problem here is that this Bojangles is independently owned, and not part of the Bojangles franchises, which is why they don’t have to abide by any standards regarding customer service, our preparation of food. This is why the Chicken they serve get smaller and smaller than other Bojangles and this is why they’re training is extremely limited. All I can say is don’t have expectations of the real Bojangles experience, in food or service, if you go to this location. Poor excuse of what is Supposed to be a great restaurant chain and makes the company look bad.

Food is awesome and on-par with a good Bojangles quality. Biscuits are consistently fresh. However, VERY often, this location will run out of tenders or fried chicken for sandwiches, and you'll have to wait for 15-25 minutes for an order that includes those. In the end, I appreciate their willingness to serve freshly-made food; but if you're in a hurry, this may not be the place. Otherwise it's great!

Let's see first I come in to order my food and no one Informs me that they are out of ketchup when they let you order your bowaround. Then I get my butter biscuit my water an my sausage, biscuit and the lady says that they're out of bow rounds that she would give them to me when they got done. Well, after we've eat Sausage Biscuit and butter biscuit went back up to the counter to ask the manager for my refund on my bow rounds that I never did receive. She tells me that she cannot refund money.
