Best Arby's I've ever been too. Fresh hot delicious food. Extremely professional and friendly service. Felt like an appreciated guest.

The food was good, but the real reason I came on here was to compliment the woman working the window that took my order and payment and gave my food. Her attitude was pleasant and she had wonderful customer service skills, which feels rare lately. She deserves a raise. She’s a keeper. Just saying.

Ham and cheese sandwich about the size of a small kids sandwich. Cold fries, plus a drink, $10!!! Also bought one of the new meat and 3 boxes. Was told they had to cook the fish. Ok thats fine , except that by the time they brought it out it along with the fries and cheese sticks were cold. No marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. We were so disappointed. Luckily i have an air fryer to heat it up. I wont be making a return trip to this arbys. Guess I will go to one of the 14 hamburger places on Emory rd.

This is the absolute worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. It took 45 minutes to get the food order through the drive thru. This was after I had been asked to pull up and they “would bring it right out”. I sat there approximately 15-20 minutes and then backed back up to the window to ask what was taking so long. Nobody came near the window, I couldn’t see anyone moving around in there so I pulled back up to wait again. I got restless (and needed to be on my way but I had already paid) so I parked and went into the restaurant to get my money back. There was nobody at the counter and I couldn’t see anyone in the back. I rattled my keys on the counter, coughed loudly, and called out HELLO……. Nothing. I went back to my car, backed up to the window again, still nothing. I backed back around the building to the ordering speaker. The same guy came over the speaker to ask for my order. I told him I had ordered probably 40 minutes ago and I think you’ve forgotten me. He’s said to pull around to the window. I did and I still didn’t see anyone, then a different guy walked out from somewhere farther back and looked toward the window and laughed as he spoke to someone out of my view. Then the guy I had placed the order with came out from back there and brought my food order. The food was barely warm like it has been sitting a while. During this whole time there had not been another customer come through the drive thru. That should have been an indicator of the reputation of the restaurant. It was in a busy part of town and the only customers were two little ladies inside when I was trying to find someone to ask for a refund.
