I asked the guy what was the problem and his response was he's tired other workers messing up orders and my response was well that's not my fault for you to snatch the food off the counter from me. He then slams the new bag of food on the counter and walks off without a response. I called to speak to a manager but it was a recording that says they can't answer the phone. Extremely rude and unprofessional and not the first time a situation like this has happened at this location. Seems like management needs to give some lessons in customer service or let some people go because it's clear they don't want their job treating customers that way.

The ppl working the line, obviously work very well together. Our order had a modification and it was perfect. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the dining area had 7-8 tables full of happy customers. This is our first visit to this location in Portland, TN. It was a wonderful yummy experience. As busy as this location was when we arrived, dined and left, the friendly & clean atmosphere along with delish food must be why this place is so busy. Congratulations to the Manager for hiring a great crew!
