I let them know I was their for a pick up order and a younger girl with glasses and red hair wearing boots with designs got my order and didn’t even hand it to me just sat it on the counter and walked away. Didnt say anything. No one said anything the whole time I was in the store. This was October 9th 2025 between 8pm-8:10pm. There were two girls. One with red hair and one with blonde hair and a younger boy who was the only one behind the counter and right after I walked out the door I witness someone not in uniform walk behind the counter and just hang out and grab food. When another customer walked in the younger boy was once again the only one behind the counter and walked in to the store with an out of uniform employee (I’m assuming) leaving with food, the blonde girl and her boyfriend (I’m assuming) talking to the red haired girl who just came out of the bathroom. I’ve had pretty great sub sandwiches here in the last month and a half that we have lived here. Servers have been kind and courteous and gloves changed out but when my husband went last week for dinner, one of the employees was sweeping off the tables in the dining room. Ummmm… that is not sanitary. We watched to see if they came back to sanitize the tables, but that did not happen. I’ve been in food service for a long time. This is NOT okay and will make people sick and lose customers. You’ve lost this one for a while.
