  This is by far the best fast food restaurant I've ever been to as far as customer service goes. Anybody I've interacted with there and I've had a lot of interactions I've been amazing to deal with super friendly always joking around and laughing.

  This location is hands down one of the worst restaurants that our small and wonderful pleasant view has to offer and literally has some of THE LAZIEST employees that I have ever seen in all my life. They can hardly EVER get an order correct and the management at this location really should be looked into. I just left there, lunch time, so fairly busy and had another rude customer that cut the line in the drive thru, ahead of 5 other cars including myself mind you…so as the story goes always, when I went to correct said rude customer about skipping the line OF COURSE I was met with extremely harsh profanity and complete ignorance. He happened to cut the line right in front of me, so I remained calm and after he placed his order and drove around to the window, I then pulled up to the speaker and explained to the employee what had just happened and asked if there was anything they could do, such as make him get back in line or hold his order (( have him pull up and wait )) until the next 5 cars were able to get their orders before his…I was really REALLY hoping that Wendy’s would not tolerate something as ridiculous and rude as this but of course to my surprise, NOTHING AT ALL WAS DONE ABOUT IT! the employee at the money window apologized and explained that she had told her manager who was going to do nothing about it. I was then told that the orders come in and they “have to get them out in the order that they come in” LOL!! I was extremely disappointed that they just allowed this type of behavior and had the audacity to speak on getting the orders out in the order that they come!! Well in that case Wendy’s in pleasant view TN, LIKE I ALREADY SUGGESTED TO YOU FROM THE BEGINNING, YOU SHOULD HAVE THEN SERVED THE 5 CARS BEHIND HIM BEFORE SERVING HIM BECAUSE WE WERE THERE FIRST! I honestly should have taken my business somewhere else entirely instead of following through with my order, however I was too on my lunch break and running out of time. But I WILL NOT ever do any business with this Wendy’s going forward and will be sure to tell more people of the this and all the other nonsense that has come from this particular location! BE WARNED PEOPLE! And have the day you deserve 😉

  Could you handle food with more care? Haven't ate Wendy's in a minute and I get this chicken sandwich that looks like someone done took their anger out on it.
