  Came by Thursday at around 9:45 and it was not busy at all. Waited several minutes for them to answer after I pushed the red button. Picked up the speaker to talk to me but then asked me to hold on for another several minutes. Poor guy that took the order also brought out the food. He should not be running the store by hisself.

  I placed an online order for two plain burgers and a large fry. one burger was slathered in mustard and onions. the other was a completely different burger altogether, much smaller than the other even though they were the same. all of the food was very cold by the time they brought it out to me, not even 10 minutes after i ordered, so the burgers and fries were obviously old ( probably explains why they weren’t right too ) and then the little girl who brought out the food literally tossed my bag at me and walked away without a single word. i’ve lived here for years, and i remember when this sonic was a staple to the community. now it’s just trash.

  Check your food. Said no ketchup on my burger, only mayo on burger and they didnt put any lettuce, tomatoes, onion or pickles. I didnt say a plain burger with just mayo. Chili cheese tots were over cooked and barely any chili. And they put way too much ice that you barely have a drink. Then I obviously had two combos but only gave one peppermint. I expect better. Please do better for you customers.

  You have to know you will wait atleast 20-30 minutes every time. If not more. Waited ten minutes with my button flashing this morning before i gave up to leave. I shouldn’t have to try to give a corporation my money. Lol
