    Not getting Papa John’s anymore. I called to order 1 XL pepperoni pizza at 5:28 pm which I had to order from an outsourced service and then transferred again to make my payment. I was told it would be ready in 34 minutes. So I get to the location and go inside to to let them know I was there at 6:00pm and he tells me it will be ready in 34 minutes. So over an hour in all I have to wait now. And there was no apology or anything

    Ordered twice on DoorDash. 1st order was canceled hours before they closed. My second attempt said preparing order for over an hour and when I called them for an update my door dash instantly updated to awaiting pickup minutes before they closed. I never got my order after 2 attempts

    They made a minor mistake and forgot to deliver something on my order and they corrected it and re delivered super quickly without any hassle like they actually cared

    I ordered a pizza that I liked for almost $30. I was so disappointed, this looks like a mess, all the onion they put on top is the peel, it was bitter. The pizza is terrible, you can't even bite it because it's so hard. It feels like plastic, and I wanted to report this to Uber, and it doesn't even qualify for a refund, which makes me feel ripped off by this restaurant. You can't even eat it, it's bitter and completely stiff.

    Expect your food to be at least 30 to 45 mins after the time the app tells you it will be ready. No concern about people's time to make a decision if they want to go somewhere else. False lies about when it will be ready. Told 15 mins when I got there then another 5 mins which turned into 20 mins. We could had decided to go to subway and have our sandwiches ready and on our way home before they had our pizza ready when they told us when it would be ready. We have several free pizzas on our account which we have never used. Just do yourself the favor and expect 2 to 3 times the wait. Food is a toss up if they got it right.
