  Ordered the "new" deep dish pizza online using the app at my local Pleasant View, TN location. I didn't check if my pizza was correct till I arrived back at home...my fault. Totally wrong pizza in the box. Called and spoke with Mgr at the store. She was very apologetic and told me she would personally remake my pizza based on my online order. Drove back to store to pick up the remake opened box looked good and left. Arrived home and began to eat pizza dough was NOT cooked. Dough was rushed didn't even rise properly to be regular crust much less Deep Dish. Mgr used said dough to remake my pizza and served me uncooked pizza crust. If you want pizza....ORDER from somewhere else!!

  Every single time we have ordered our order has been wrong. We will take several months off, give them another chance, then they fail again. It's disastrous. When we have called there is zero accountability. Meh.

  I didn't order any food, I picked up orders for customers. Their customer service was extremely professional, efficient, and very friendly. Need more places like this place in the world.

  Not getting Papa John’s anymore. I called to order 1 XL pepperoni pizza at 5:28 pm which I had to order from an outsourced service and then transferred again to make my payment. I was told it would be ready in 34 minutes. So I get to the location and go inside to to let them know I was there at 6:00pm and he tells me it will be ready in 34 minutes. So over an hour in all I have to wait now. And there was no apology or anything

  Ordered twice on DoorDash. 1st order was canceled hours before they closed. My second attempt said preparing order for over an hour and when I called them for an update my door dash instantly updated to awaiting pickup minutes before they closed. I never got my order after 2 attempts
