  I had to return something igot for a car emergency, but when i didn't need it they were very helpful for the return. Nice folks, a well stocked store with a wider than usual selection. And donuts , too.

  Waited in the drive-thru for 25 minutes at 6:00 a.m. Went inside to see if we could get our coffee that way. The girl said she was the only one working. We had to get on the road! Backed out of the drive-thru. 30 minutes of wasted time when a major storm is coming.

  Super fast and friendly and they were super busy. We are driving back home to WI from Disney and everything was perfect! Even the ice coffee was on point! Thank you!

  Frequently mess up orders and seem to not understand that requests for non-dairy milk can't be subbed with whatever they have available. Recently charged me almost $50 for 2 orders of Munchkins and a medium coffee by splitting out and charging a full extra drink for each espresso shot I requested add, then sent me into an allergic reaction by using dairy milk when I requested oat. It's just Keurig cups anyway, save your money and go to a real coffee shop that will follow your order. EDIT: The day after I left this review the manager called my home number from a personal cell phone - not the store - aggressively asking "if you got a problem with my store?" over and over until I hung up, most likely the one yelling at her poor sick daughter waiting in a booth that day. I did not turn this in to corporate, but our community can do better.
