They need some sort of bell or something when someone is at the window. Once someone finally came, we find out they’re out of chocolate ice cream. Seems like BR31 is always an afterthought at these combination stores. I thought hope was lost for my beloved Baskin-Robbins. Recently I visited the HG Hills in Pleasant View Tennessee. While loading my vehicle, I spied a sign for a before unknown location of Baskin-Robbins on Ren Mar Court. My excitement heightened due to the absence of any Dunkin Donuts signs. The biggest surprise awaited inside. Upon entering the Baskin-Robbins in Pleasant View Tennessee, I was greeted with the cleanest Baskin-Robbins I have ever viewed. You have no idea the total cleanliness of this location. The interior colors and styling were very modern and comforting. New products also welcomed me. Did you know that this location of Baskin-Robbins serves chocolate covered bananas? They do and I was thoroughly surprised. All of your favorite ice creams, ice cream cakes and other much loved products of Baskin-Robbins were present without the terrible donuts and constant coffee production going on. It is simply a much to love location of Baskin-Robbins in Pleasant View Tennessee.

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. Joining the Birthday Club is free and easy! Simply create a Baskin-Robbins account in the BR App or online & complete your profile to join the Birthday Club. (You must be 13 or older to sign up.)
How will I get my birthday rewards?
Your birthday coupons will be automatically added to your account in the BR App on your birthday; head to the BR App on your special day to redeem!
Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
