  Not opening on time. Employees sitting around doing nothing,watching us . Didn’t open until after 5am.

  This place needs some help or people that at least act like they enjoy their job. My daughter waited over 10 minutes for a pack of bbq sauce and never got it until my husband had to go ask. They sit peoples food down on the counter barely say the number and walk away. It's ridiculous.

  I was the only one at the drive in window and I got to watch five other people get their food before me. I waited over twenty minutes for my order. When I asked the girl why it’s taking so long she just kept walking. All I can say is you lost my business and I advise others to go to Hardee’s or Burger King. Obviously no one gives a crap here!!!!

  They close at random hours and turn their lights off hours early to avoid working. No one there cares about doing anything right at all. They mess up orders and want to fight about it instead of just making it right. There’s no point in contacting their franchise owners “The Faris Family” either, they’re okay with the way this place is ran and don’t care to train or keep their employees accountable. The best option really is to just save your money or hit the next McDonalds down the road.
