  Service is so slow. They spend the whole time chatting while you stand waiting for your food/coffee. The employees are mostly women and they couldn’t be worse.

  Sporadic with hours, ordered within the app a couple of times to find the store is not open when I arrived, though the app and google said they would be. Obtaining a refund from them is next to impossible as the customer service chat in the app is always down. Called customer service and was told because it’s independently owned they would have someone call me back regarding a refund never received the call back.

  Worst Dunkin’ in tri-cities. You will be waiting for 15+ minutes, even if the drive thru is empty. The staff is okay, friendly enough but TERRIBLE customer service. I come here almost every day and it never gets better. You will sit at the window for 5+ minutes while the employees gossip inside. Bad management, poor training.

  Ridiculously long wait in drive thru. If someone orders a ridiculously large/complex order, you should have them pull to the side to wait and have someone bring it out instead of making everyone else wait 10+ minutes for an iced coffee.
