- KLKassandra Luck6 days ago1.0Ridiculously long wait in drive thru. If someone orders a ridiculously large/complex order, you should have them pull to the side to wait and have someone bring it out instead of making everyone else wait 10+ minutes for an iced coffee.

- DKDaisy KetronDec 17, 20251.0this morning i was handed a FROZEN ham and cheese croissant. you could literally feel how cold it was through the bag so i don’t know why you’d give a customer that. anyways, i took a bite still because the ends felt warm so i thought maybe it would just be cold in the center, not frozen. but it was in fact frosted over in the middle with ice. you’d think after having to wait on my food it would have been cooked, but i guess not. i love dunkin, but won’t be visiting this location ever again!
