- JLJamie LewisFeb 23, 20261.0Food is usually good, but the service is terrible. They never answer the phone, which makes it very frustrating to try to place an order or ask questions. I attempted to place a catering order more than a week in advance, and the employee refused to help, would not answer basic catering questions, and was unfriendly and unprofessional the entire time. Catering orders should not be this difficult, especially with plenty of notice. Unfortunately, the poor service completely overshadows the quality of the food.
