Went on a family trip to pigeon forge and decided to go eat at Wendy's around 10:00 p.m. and it was a awful experience! I don't even know where to begin honestly I guess first I'll start with the drive-thru was the slowest drive-thru I have ever seen for a fast food establishment, it took us roughly 45 minutes to get through the drive-through and there was only four cars ahead of us!!! I finally arrived to the ordering speaker I had to wait there close to 12 minutes before someone even took my order. And then waited another 10 minutes or so at the window just for them to take my money. It seemed that they were short-staffed and I understand that however the person at the window was very rude and was really disconcerned about everything. I ordered chili and was given two packs of crackers and I asked for a couple extra packs of crackers she said you have crackers and continued to ignore me when I asked her for more so I sat there and waited on her to stop ignoring me and I asked her again for some more crackers and she proceeded to hand me two more packs lol for a large chili?. The lady had an accent a very strong accent so the lady who worked at the window on April 10th 2026 really needs an attitude adjustment from her boss and some lessons on common courtesy and being polite especially when we had to deal with what we dealt with. I watched eight people leave due to the wait time being so long. And again if you are short staffed I understand that but the rudeness was really uncalled for when I was nothing but polite and was understanding of their situation. Will not go back and do not recommend. Someone really needs to get in there and straighten that store out. There was also another blonde headed young lady who was standing around on her phone and sipping on her personal drink and putting it on the front counter where we get our food you could see all this happening from the drive-thru window.

Food was good. We witnessed the manager being very rude to employees and she was rude to us. We felt sorry for the employees working there.

The speaker clicks and cuts oout. I have not idea what they are saying and the guy taking our order is being rude.
