  We originally wanted Chipotle, but it was queued out. We then found this place and saw how bad the reviews were and just had to come and see for ourselves. We entered the store and were immediately hit with a foul smell. Whilst looking at the kiosk a staff member beckoned over and produced a piece of paper of all the items they had ran out of, the list of items looked to have been written down by a 3 year old an a crayon. The items missing were real basics so we left and did not return.

  I asked for 2 beef burritos and 4 soft tacos. I was given 2 beef burritos and 2 soft tacos. This is the 2nd Taco Bell near me that can't get it right. I'm done with these clowns at this point. EDIT: After biting into the burrito it was a bean burrito not a beef. Another fail for Taco Bell.

  Waited for 30 mins and saw them bring out 2 orders. Asked for a refund and they offered to START working on my order. Ridiculous service. Had to leave hungry because we had to be somewhere at a certain time

  This was literally the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my life. We stopped by on vacation and they were out of everything. The only drink we could get was root beer and they only had hard shell tacos and only beef hard shell tacos at that. Went in to complain to a manager and the store was filthy. Should be investigated flyby a health inspector.

  It has been two times now that our orders have been completely wrong. First time we ordered extra meat no beans on a burrito supreme, was charged for it and got extra beans, no meat. We ordered two taco salads with no beans extra meat. It came normally with regular meat and regular beans. The soft tacos we ordered with no lettuce had lettuce on it. They were out of tomatoes, bacon and chipotle sauce. We figured we'd give them another chance tonight. Ordered 2 taco salads with extra meat no beans. Ordered 2 taco salads the way they come. 2 of them that were supposed to have beams didn't and there wasn't even a tbsp of meat in any of them. One of the shells was burnt and tasted nasty. Definitely not extra meat on two of them as ordered and as paid for. We also ordered 3 soft tacos with no lettuce. They came with lettuce. Tried to call both times. No answer, no vm. No clue how to get a hold of the manager. Oh and they didn't have any tomatoes. This is ridiculous. We paid for food twice now that wasn't right and paid for extra meat and didn't even get a regular portion of meat. And to not be able to get a hold of anyone at the restaurant. Not ok. Very upset.
