- JCJoe CarrollMar 29, 20262.0Very nice & hardworking employees, but store is too busy to avoid the quality suffering (and Subway isn't the greatest quality to begin with). The bread was undercooked (not severely, but enough to notice), and they must not be careful with the waste veggies falling back in random bins because the last quarter of my sandwiche tasted like onions even though I didn't order onions. I couldn't finish it. The whole thing also tasted like some kind of smokey sauce, even though I only had mustard. They need to clean the knives better between sandwich cuts. The sloppiness pretty much ruined my meal - a meal that already cost more than it's worth because we're in a tourist area. Not really happy about that. Not sure why I waste my time with Subway anymore. Even at its best, it's still mediocre. Lesson learned. Bye.

- HHHeLaDec 16, 20255.0The two ladies working at 12:45pm on Tuesday December 16th were so polite and kind ! The one making my order made it exactly how I wanted it and answered every question I had. She didn’t rush me or treat me like an idiot for taking time to pick out what I wanted. Very patient compared to my usual experience at the Subway back home. This was also the cleanest Subway I had ever been to, the food looked SO FRESH I wish I took a picture. The woman ringing me up asked me if I wanted to make it a combo with chips and a drink which actually saved me some money, so kind of her. This is the customer service we want from a Subway, these ladies are doing a really great job, GIVE THEM A RAISE SUBWAY !!!!
