  Did a mobile order, had to wait 45 minutes for ice cream. The staff was courteous and remade the order for us, but I will never visit this establishment again if I can help it. This is not the first time I’ve received terrible service. I would not recommend anyone waste their time visiting this Sonic.

  Absolute worst sonic we've ever been to. Instead of being up front about being understaffed, instead they were being absolutely horrific on the intercom and the woman who spoke didn't sound tired, she sounded like she was nodding out. If you're so understaffed that you can't handle 3 cars in the parking lot, then don't open.

  Absolutely terrible experience. Pull into a spot to order and hit the red button. Took 15 minutes before I was able to place my order, then another 30 minutes to get my order. Didn't realize that when sitting in a spot you wouldn't be able to back out because the entire drive thru line is behind you. Only was able to get out of my spot because people left the drive thru without ordering. I will never be back.

  Pulled into a stall to order, waited for over 10 minutes just to be told “come to the drive thru and I’ll get your order” ?!? What is the purpose of the stalls if we can’t order there? And making someone wait 10 minutes to tell them OVER THE SPEAKER, you couldn’t take our order here? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

  Went there on 3/29 at 7:35. Ordered 5 Milkshakes and was the 3rd person in line at the drive through. At 7:55 I was the second car in line. Only one car was served at the drive through in 20 Minutes. 4 or 5 cars behind us left the line and drove away. We know wait time can be high during spring break, but it wasn’t slammed busy, they are just really slow or short staffed most likely. We got our order finally at 5:58
