  Drive-thru skipped my lane on taking orders for a few cars. No straw in the bag, no greeting at pick-up window...actually no words at all. Just a strawless bag hung out the window. Food was good...hot and fresh.

  Weirdest experience at a McDonald’s for my husband. My husband was in line waiting to order with his father while our daughter used the restroom, talking quietly with each other. They were discussing taking his mom to Dollywood, something she really wants to do, but her anxiety is running high being away from home. They don’t travel… that is why we started bringing them with us on vacations. In the conversation, my father-in-law was talking about how difficult it is to convince her to go, and my husband jokingly said “you can always just tie her up”. Mind you, this was a quiet personal conversation as they stood there waiting to order. An employee all of a sudden says “don’t say that in public!” My husband was taken off guard and didn’t even acknowledge her, and continued with their conversation. They went on to order, and then later as they were standing waiting for their food, with our daughter the same employee who was behind the counter the entire time, says again, “don”t say that in public!”, as like a final plea for him to have learned his lesson I guess. At that point my husband did not try to conceal the look of “what in the entire world is wrong with you” from his face. Service was fine. Food was fine. But the vibes were off to say the least 😅 (He was there to get food to go)

  Horrible. Forgot the fork and knife for the biscuits and gravy. The sausage and egg muffin was gross, cold, and had what appeared like egg shells in it. The muffin was disgusting. I’ve been to probably 100 mcdonalds in my life and this one’s good quality was so bad. The other one down the road was good. Idk what happened.

  Dont even ask for carmel frappe because they either cleaning machine or it's broken atleast 5 days a week

  Please remove the table service numbers if your staff can't understand how they work. My family was planning the next stage of our vacation with a table sitting at our table. A staff member came over to and talked down at my family for not hearing them shouting a number on a piece of paper. Rude as heck... I have never spoke to a customer like that. Don't worry we won't be coming back.
