When we called they told us they werent going to make it without sour cream and that it wasn’t an option despite waiting on a dasher. I worked with Taco Bell for 4 and a half years and worked as a General Manager, and I can tell you they absolutely can make it without sour cream if a dasher has yet to pick up the order. It’s against store and company policy, and I am utterly disappointed with their behavior. It did not help that after the initial call the calls went straight to voicemail. Disrespectful and belligerent employees.

The food was absolutely awful, crunchwrap was hard and wrapped terribly. Everything was very liquidy and oozing out. There was the smallest little piece or two beef in our burrito on one side of it. Everything tastes very stale and old I would never recommend eating here.

Nacho fries were just normal fries with little to no nacho seasoning on them, a nachos cheesy Gordita crunch was missing the sauce and we were given a normal taco instead of a crispy cantina chicken taco. A sign at the entrance states you are not allowed to record staff, I wonder why…
