First one can't hear worth a crap and decided what cheese my husband wanted FOR HIM without even asking. THEN apparently extra means less than normal. Not to mention the fact she skipped the dressing he wanted and didn't care to fix it. As we were going to leave one of them decided to lay overtop of the meat and play on her phone, how unsanitary 🤢 we will NOT be coming back here, which sucks because we live here. We are NOT tourists. I will say the man that works here, is AMAZING, always listens and actually gives extra when asked. These ladies however need to be retrained !!!!

- CRcathy RichmondOct 14, 20251.0My son and I visited this subway on Sunday October 12 around 10 pm. They were very busy with little help. Took about 49 minutes to get our sandwiches. When we paid it added a tip in to the receipt. We were not tipping cause of the long wait. Cindy was very rude and said she couldn’t reverse the charge. We were told to call the manager on Monday, we did several times left messages never received the courtesy of a call back. Stay away drive a little farther for better service.
